Why option C is correct. If we add the numbers in the Cable Co. A row, we get 5,044 + 8,913 + 3,221, which equals 17,178. If we add the numbers in the Cable Co. B row, we get 7,004 + 6,927 + 841, which equals 14,772. If we subtract this amount from 17,178, we get 2406. Therefore Company A has 2406 more subscribers than Cable Company B.
