Content Updates
This column lists changes that have occurred or are planned relative to the lessons and tutorials. The information will range from corrections to clarifications and, occasionly, revisions.
Lessons:
- 5th grade
- S3.B2.K4a, Lesson 2, Handout. Answer for Q12, Independent Practice, has been changed from 64 quarts to 16 quarts.
Tutorials:
- 4th grade
- S4.B2.K1g, Tutorial 2, Q7. Option C has been updated to display the correct number of miles each student ran.
- 5th grade
- S1.B1.K1c, Tutorial 1, Q5. Question originally asked for “eight hundred six tenths” which has been made clearer by changing it to “800 and six tenths.”
- S1.B4.A1a, Tutorial 2, Q3. Question was originally “He then goes to the bank and takes out 5 ten-dollar bills and 25 one-dollar bills. How much money does Jerry then have? ” It has been changed to “He then goes to the bank and takes out 5 ten-dollar bills and 25 one-dollar bills. How much money does Jerry then have in his wallet?”
- 7th grade
- S1.B4.A1a, Tutorial 1, Screen 2. “Multiply 1/3 times 1/60 and you have $20” has been changed to “multiply 1/3 times $60 and you have $20.”
- 10th grade
- S2.B3.K6, Tutorial 1, Q7. To show that there are three reaction times, “1.6 and .3 second” has been changed to “1, .6 and .3 second.”
