Exchange

As noted in the BAIP News, we invited 18 science educators to the e-Learning Design Lab to assist in the development of a science lesson template. During the meeting individuals shared their own classroom experiences with BAIP in mathematics. This week it your chance to share your own BAIP experiences with others.

Please use the submit form below to share the ways in which you have used BAIP tutorials and lessons in your classroom.

Now onto last week’s exchanges - A teacher emailed us to ask if after graduation her student teacher can access BAIP in the other states. Currently, BAIP is sponsored by the Kansas Department of Education and is only available to teachers and students in the state of Kansas.

Another teacher asked if there is an easy way to set up a self-contained, multi-grade level classroom roster. Currently, BAIP only allows teachers the ability to assign tutorials to an entire classroom. So, if you have students with different ability levels, you may want to develop classes of students that are grouped by ability or grade levels.
