Content Updates

This column lists changes that have occurred or are planned relative to the lessons and tutorials. The information will range from corrections to clarifications and, occasionly, revisions.

Lessons:

• 3^rd grade
  • S3.B2.A1a, Lesson 1, Teaching concept 2. Typo errors for marker and ruler section amended.
  • S3.B1.K3, Lesson 2, Handout and Answer Key, Guided Practice. Cardinal renamed to duck in the first question and image of rabbit swapped with image of fox to match key.
  • S3.B1.K4, Lesson 2, Handout and Answer Key, Q5. Answer now shows an octagon in place of a hexagon.
• 4^th grade
  • S1.B2.K5a, Lesson 1, PowerPoint slide 3. 2 × 6 changed to 2 × 3.
• 6^th grade
  • S1.B4.A1b, Lesson 1, Handout and Answer Key, Q8. Parentheses around seeds and fertilizer have been removed to clarify question.
  • S3.B3.K1, Lesson 1, Handout Answer key, Q1. Response for Q1 was hidden behind Q2. Answer key has been amended to show the solution.

  • S4.B2.A3ab, Lesson 1. PowerPoint slide 4. Bar graph now shows 64%.

Tutorials:

  • S1.B2.K5C, Tutorial 1, Q4. Plus sign between the 6 and 11 has been changed to an equal sign.
  • S4.B2.A2E, Tutorial 1, Q6. Last number in the series changed from 78 to 178.
• 5^th grade
  • S3.B1.K3, Tutorial 2, Q5. Option D changed from "A cylinder has two bases and a cone has one" to "A cylinder has one base and a cone has one base."
• 6^th grade
  • S3.B3.K1, Tutorial 2, Q6. Direction of star changed to clarify question.
• 7^th grade
  • S2.B1.K1A, Tutorial 1, Q6. Answer changed from $56 to $47.
• 10^th grade
  • S1.B4.A1a, Tutorial 1, Q7. Answer changed from 1.025 to 1.1025.
